It is a whole item. A wall charger with the usb cable incorporated. It has not a sepárate usb cable as shown in the picture. The charger works ok
My low rating is solely based on the fact that the item listed here is not the same item that is sent to you. In the picture it clearly shows an adapter and a usb cable, but in reality it's just a normal wall charger with no usb port. The wire that's attached to the product does not come off whatsoever. I'm sure the charger probably works just fine, but it wasn't what I needed.
